• Is not liable for the clinical decisions of independent healthcare professionals
• Does not replace in-person consultation for serious or complex conditions
• Cannot guarantee medication availability at your local pharmacy

Digital prescriptions issued through our platform comply with applicable Indian telemedicine regulations (Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020) and are legally valid at pharmacies across India.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are strictly prohibited from:

All payments on the Altabeeb platform are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service in addition to ours.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal and medical data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key data practices include:

• Health data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols
• We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws including IT Act, 2000
• Medical records are shared only with your treating healthcare professionals
• We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties
• You may request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements
• Consultation recordings (if any) are stored securely and deleted per our retention policy

All content on the Altabeeb platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of Altabeeb Healthcare or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial healthcare purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without written consent
• Modify or create derivative works based on our platform or content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written approval
• Frame or mirror any portion of our website on any other server or device

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altabeeb Healthcare, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from the conduct of any third party on the platform
• Interruption or cessation of the service
• Any medical outcomes resulting from consultations or advice given through the platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the event.

Altabeeb reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to registered users.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
